Such sad news...my heartfelt condolences to Mike's family and all who hold him dear. I remember with fondness and gratitude his kindness and forthrightness in helping me make the choice to embark on the i-coach masters programme - thank you Mike. He was an inspiration to so many, a shining light of wisdom, passion and courage in the coaching world and he will be sorely missed. May your heart and soul find peace and comfort. Max
