I went to school with Mike, he was my best friend and like the older brother I never had, he was an inspiration to a young fifteen year old, the school First team Rugby Captain, Athletics Captain, and Head boy. A much admired member of a group of four of us, Chris, Hans, myself and Mike - we lived through the sixties togethor, a time when Legends were born; I will never forget his charm and smile - I was honoured to know him, and to be considered his friend and will treasure the memories I have of that time and the Legend he is to me.Rest in peace my friend.
