I first met Mike when I started my coach training programme with the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2002 and then, worked with him again, when he founded I-coach. However, as I heard the sad news today, it just felt that we had been together last month or last year. And for me that someone who has made a true impact on me, as he has done for many people; i have such fond memories of him: for his intellect, for the things he has achieved in life, his warmth, and his humour. One of his humorous sayings that i still remember was along the lines of that "he would continue to wear black until he could find something darker". A sad day Ted Campbell
