My Deepest condolences to the van Oudtshoorn family. I worked for i-coach Academy with Mike on his faculty in introducing Coaching in South Africa. We met in Egypt whilst on another assignment with the American University in Cairo. He will always be remembered for his good work, abundance and zest for life. I grew tremendously in the field of coaching at this early stage to establish this professional body in SA. He avoided the politics and stayed detached. I admired his humility. His legacy in Coaching lives on as it has grown into a life of its own. RIP Mike. (Thava Govender)
