I remember Mike with fondness and gratitude for his immense contribution to developing coaching in South Africa. It is not often that I have met a leader who has implemented a vision that has touched and continued to touch so many lives. He made a difference at a time that really mattered in our country's history. I am writing this message on the banks of the Kavango river in Northern Namibia developing coaches in a remote rural town. It strikes me as I sit here watching the sunset that even this work is in several ways is resulting from Mike's vision. I salute you Mike for your care, and ability to provoke thinking in a useful way. Meeting you made a profound difference in my life. I remember your humour and passion for life. My thoughts are with you Corinne, family, colleagues and friends over this difficult time.
